These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and
[Oyakhilomen Akuete], a company registered in [Belgium] under company number
[BE1007485253], with its registered office at [Blauwtorenplein 6, 2000 ANtwerpen]
("Lincora", "we", "us", "our").
They apply when you create an account and use the Lincora mobile app. Please
read them before you sign up. By creating an account or continuing to use the
app, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use
Lincora.

1. WHAT LINCORA IS
Lincora is a discovery platform. We bring together opportunities - programs,
events, internships, workshops, scholarships, open calls and trainings -
published by organisations such as museums, theatres, studios, brands and
non-profits, and we make them findable for young people in one place.
Lincora is free for young people. Organisations use a separate web portal,
under separate terms, to publish opportunities and to see how their posts
perform.
Important: we are an intermediary. The opportunities on Lincora are created,
described, run and cancelled by the organisations that post them, not by us.
We are not the organiser of an event, the employer in an internship, or the
provider of a scholarship, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter
into with an organisation.
2. WHO CAN USE LINCORA
2.1 Lincora is built for young people aged 15 to 30. During sign-up we ask for
your date of birth and we check it against that range. If your date of birth
falls outside it, we cannot give you an account.
2.2 The minimum age at which you can consent to an online service on your own
differs across Europe: it is 13 in Belgium, 15 in France and 16 in the
Netherlands and Germany. If you are below that age in your country, you may
use Lincora only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and they
must accept these Terms on your behalf.
2.3 You may hold one account. The account is personal to you; do not share it
or let someone else use it.
2.4 You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure - that means
your email inbox, your Google account or your Apple ID, depending on how you
sign in. Tell us at contact@lincora.com if you think someone else is using
your account.
3. CREATING AN ACCOUNT
3.1 You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, with
Google, or with Apple. We do not ask you for a password and we do not store
one.
3.2 During onboarding we ask for a name or nickname, your city, your date of
birth, an avatar you pick from the set in the app, and the interests you want
your feed built around. You can change these later in the app.
3.3 The information you give us must be accurate. Do not impersonate another
person or organisation, and do not give a false date of birth in order to get
an account.
4. HOW YOU MAY USE THE APP
You may use Lincora to find opportunities, to save them, to follow
organisations, to sign up for things you are genuinely interested in, to build
a profile of what you have done, and to export that profile as a CV.
You may not:
(a) use Lincora for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten, bully or
discriminate against anyone;
(b) post content that is hateful, violent, sexual, defamatory, deceptive, or
that infringes someone else's rights;
(c) claim experience, achievements or affiliations that are not yours;
(d) publish other people's personal information, or use what you find on
Lincora to contact people for advertising, recruitment spam or scams;
(e) scrape, copy in bulk, resell or systematically extract the content or the
profiles on the platform, or use automated tools to access it;
(f) attempt to break, probe or circumvent the security of the app, the API or
our infrastructure, or access data that is not yours;
(g) register accounts in bulk, or use the app on behalf of someone else
without their permission.
5. YOUR PROFILE IS VISIBLE TO OTHER USERS
5.1 Lincora is a place where organisations look for interested young people, so
your profile is not private. Your name or nickname, avatar, city, bio,
interests and the experience entries you add are visible to other signed-in
users of Lincora, including organisations.
5.2 When you sign up for an opportunity, the organisation that published it
sees that you signed up, and other signed-in users can see who has joined a
published opportunity.
5.3 Organisations can also see aggregate engagement on their own posts and
profile - how many people viewed, saved or visited, and what that audience
broadly looks like in terms of age range and interests.
5.4 Please keep this in mind when you decide what to put in your bio and your
experience entries. Only add what you are comfortable having other users and
organisations see.
6. CONTENT YOU ADD
6.1 What you write and add stays yours. You keep all rights in your profile
text, your experience entries and anything else you submit.
6.2 So that we can actually run the service, you give us a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that
content inside Lincora and in the CV export, for as long as you keep it on the
platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account,
except for copies we are required to keep by law or that remain in routine
backups for a short period.
6.3 You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, and that it
does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6.4 We do not review everything before it appears. We can remove content that
breaks these Terms or the law - see section 9.
7. SIGNING UP FOR OPPORTUNITIES
7.1 A sign-up in Lincora records your interest and tells the organisation you
are interested. It is not, by itself, a registration, an application, a
booking or a contract. Some opportunities also require you to complete a step
on the organisation's own website; where a post links out, you leave Lincora
and the other site's terms and privacy policy apply.
7.2 Whatever you agree with an organisation - attendance, selection, payment,
travel, an internship agreement - is between you and them. Any question,
complaint or dispute about an opportunity should go to the organisation first.
7.3 We check that organisations are who they claim to be before they can
publish, and we moderate what is posted, but we cannot guarantee that every
description is accurate, that an opportunity will run as announced, that it
will not be cancelled or changed, or that you will be selected.
7.4 Sign-ups are part of your activity history. You can remove an experience
entry from your profile, and deleting your account removes your sign-ups, but
an individual sign-up cannot be withdrawn from an organisation's record once
it has been made.
8. NOTIFICATIONS
8.1 Push notifications are off until you turn them on. When you do, we may
send you notifications about opportunities that match your interests, new
posts from organisations you follow, and reminders connected to things you
signed up for.
8.2 You can turn notifications off at any time in the app settings or in your
device settings. We may still send you essential messages about your account,
such as your sign-in code.
9. MODERATION, REPORTING AND SUSPENSION
9.1 If you come across a profile, an organisation or a post that breaks these
Terms, report it in the app. Reports go to our moderation team.
9.2 We may remove content, deactivate an account, or remove an organisation
from the platform where we reasonably believe these Terms or the law have been
broken, or where there is a risk to other users - in particular to young
users. Where a serious violation or a legal obligation requires it, we may act
without prior notice.
9.3 If your account is deactivated, you will be told why, unless telling you
would be unlawful or would compromise an investigation, and you can contest
the decision by writing to contact@lincora.com. Deactivation is reversible.
9.4 While an account is deactivated, upcoming sign-ups and pending
notifications linked to it are cancelled.
10. YOUR CV EXPORT
Lincora can generate a PDF CV from your profile and your experience entries.
It is built on your device from information you entered. What you do with that
file afterwards - who you send it to, where you upload it - is up to you and
outside our control. We do not verify the content of your CV and it is not a
certificate or a reference from us.
11. OUR CONTENT AND BRAND
The app itself - its software, design, text, illustrations, logo and the
Lincora name - belongs to us or to our licensors. These Terms give you a
personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app on your
own devices for its intended purpose. They do not transfer any ownership, and
you may not copy, modify, decompile or create derivative works from the app
except where the law expressly permits it.
12. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
12.1 Lincora is free for young people. We do not charge you to browse, save,
follow, sign up, or export your CV. Your mobile data and device costs are
yours.
12.2 We work to keep the app available, but we do not promise uninterrupted
service. We may carry out maintenance, ship updates - including over-the-air
updates that install the next time you open the app - and change, add or
withdraw features.
12.3 If we ever decide to discontinue Lincora, we will tell you in good time
so that you can export your CV and get a copy of your data.
13. LIABILITY
13.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury
caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited
under the law that applies to you. If you use Lincora as a consumer, your
mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence stay
intact, and nothing here takes them away.
13.2 Subject to that, we are not liable for: the conduct of organisations or
other users; opportunities that are cancelled, changed, misdescribed or that
you are not selected for; anything you agree with an organisation; content
posted by others; or loss you suffer because of events outside our reasonable
control.
13.3 Lincora is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law
allows, we exclude implied warranties that the service will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
13.4 To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection
with Lincora is limited to EUR 100, reflecting the fact that the app is
provided to you free of charge.
14. ENDING YOUR ACCOUNT
14.1 You can delete your account at any time from Settings - Account info -
Delete account. Deletion is permanent: your profile, your experience entries,
your saves, follows, sign-ups and your notifications are removed. It cannot be
undone.
14.2 We may end this agreement and close your account if you seriously or
repeatedly breach these Terms, or if we stop offering the service.
14.3 Sections that by their nature should survive - content licence wind-down,
liability, governing law - survive the end of this agreement.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms, for example when features change or when the law
requires it. If a change materially affects you, we will let you know in the
app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the
current version. If you keep using Lincora after a change takes effect, you
accept the new version; if you do not accept it, you can delete your account.
16. LAW AND DISPUTES
16.1 These Terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW - e.g. Belgian] law. If you
are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the
country where you live.
16.2 If something goes wrong, please write to contact@lincora.com first - most
things are resolved that way.
16.3 If we cannot resolve it, the courts of [COURTS - e.g. Brussels, Belgium]
have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you can also bring proceedings in
the courts of your country of residence. The European Commission's online
dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
17. GENERAL
17.1 If a provision of these Terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in
force.
17.2 Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean we give it up.
17.3 You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours
to a group company or in connection with a reorganisation or sale, provided
your rights are not reduced.
17.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement
between us about the app.
